| The new Lego remote-controlled (RC) trains use train wheels with Technic axle holes (only in the wheels connected to the motor, unfortunately). | Here’s my take on a yard slug. Slugs are just frames with traction motors mounted on the wheels. The traction motors are fed from a slightly modified (added power sockets) diesel/electric locomotive that is coupled to the slug. At low speeds, the (...) | (...) This is good news. I've emailed LEGO about this problem myself. Simply being able to filter by 'Trains' and 'Cool Creations' together would be a big help, but it seems they couldn't achieve that. It's a shame it takes such a major overhaul for (...) | (...) Well, LEGO trains have changed voltages a lot, from 12v to 4.5v to 9v or whatever, and something new probably means some new train system, like maybe DCC (that'd be cool), or a new voltage, although I don't see what is wrong with the current (...) (24 years ago, 3-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)
