There used to be a polybag of train elements, here, it had an MSRP of about $15. Though at least towards the end of availability, lego would offer them with 10-15% off in large quantities. Last time I checked, the PAB prices were still about $15 for the comparable set of the modern versions of the parts. Almost everything on PAB has a premium price, but I think $15 is hard to beat because the parts are only available elsewhere in small numbers in large sets.
