(...) For a more easy string build trolly wire, you could try the "String with End Studs"-part. When I use this part, I turn the end studs a bit to get some tension in the strings. (14 years ago, 11-Oct-10, to lugnet.trains)

Have folks done trolley wire or catenary? I've seem some folks that did some using the Maerklin parts but I'm not looking for functional, just something that looks good. I think I have a fairly good design for the poles. trying to decide if tying (...) (14 years ago, 11-Oct-10, to lugnet.trains)

(...) The fact that the new PF train motor seems to be more powerful than the 9 volt motor would incline me to go with the new system. I don't like the dark Blay track, but such is life.
