| Moi, have just stumbled into the world of Lego trains, buying a 4561 for my daughters for Christmas (probably the last but one in Finland; almost nothing available in trains/accessories; given the limited shelf space, the "themes", worst of all (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

| Martin, There has not been much talk here about how to modify or rebuild 4561, and I am at a loss as to how one would turn 4561 into a steam engine (I just received a 4561 for my 31st birthday). Does Finland have a Shop@Home service like we do? If (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

| Hi Chris, thanks for the reply! (...) am (...) But surely it should be possible to build what they show on the box? And the old steam engine _is_ shown relatively detailed, i.e. certainly not background decoration (whereas the whole old train is (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

| (...) Morjens Martin! BTW, Stockmann is the biggest department store in the whole Nordic countries. But the more important thing is that you can get all the track you ever need by ordering it from the "Oy Suomen Lego Ab" (www.lego.fi). They won't (...) (25 years ago, 4-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)
