Hi all,
Just sneaking an MOC in here between all the discussions on the new release
sets. Its a little Koef shunter (switcher) which I built at seven-wide thinking
at first it was a wide gauge train.

The trick on this is the use of the 1x6 arches around the electric train wheels
to get the low platform. Perhaps other people have tried this before.
Hope you like it and please do comment.

| (...) hey tim, very very well done! there are tons of details as there should be, and the 1x6 arch solution is something that would have probably taken me a month to think of. very cool. i'm wondering if you could post the ldraw file for this moc. | (...) Looks great, Tim. I think the smaller models require more clever bits to be convincing such as the use of the 1x6 arches. 7-wide is beginning to grow on me too! Jon (19 years ago, 12-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

| (...) It has been brought to my attention that sadly the arches won't work. It seems that the electric train motor DAT is very incorrect (the wheels are too small and the hooks are too low). So if anyone was going to try it, please don't bother. (...) (19 years ago, 14-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
