(...) (URL) exist, and the most recent release was last year in the Technology Resource Kit for the DACTA line, but the last Train set that appears to have included one is the 4552 Cargo Crain from 1995. You can buy them through Bricklink here: (URL) (21 years ago, 22-May-04, to lugnet.trains)
