I have found at Wal-Mart an
InkJet Window Decal material for making custom stickers. Quantity six
8.5x11-inch sheets in one package, US$7.93, by Hammermill.

Hello, Herr Zugschleimer:-)
Cool. Do they have adhesive on them, or are they the clingy type?
|
Were all Herr Zugscheilmeren (is that the plural?).
|
Ahem. Not according to Das Lexikon...:-)
|
The decals leave no sticky residue, or at least its so minimal I cant see
or feel it. Theyre intended to be applied, removed, and reapplied, I think.
|
Okay, thats cool! Ill have to try out some!
|
That logo looks great. But, I think Id rather try to use the style that I
found at JTs site. Thanks for offering to do all the re-work to the vector
image you have. Maybe well find a better version of that older(?) logo
sometime?
|
Well, you could always go to MicroScale and simply buy the decals and theyd look great! The link I
provided is O scale, but you compression freaks may want to check out the
decals in HO. The sheets arent cheap (about $10), but if someone bought one
and sent me a high res scan of it, I could recreate it in vector format.
