I want to put some boiler stays in, as below
However the front footplate moves in comparison to the boiler (to go round
Lego corners/curves) meaning they need movement. There three options I
can think of: 1 mount a rigid rod on a turntable at the lower end and
dont fix the top end, just let it move in the gap between the boiler and
tank (1/2 stud wide btw) 2 mount a flexible rod (pneumatic tube) rigidly
at the lower end and wedged in the gap between boiler and tank. 3 mount
the bar rigidly a the top and and not fixed at the bottom end so it just
slides over the footplate (with the addition of some tiles)
Does anyone have any thoughts or other suggestions?
