Has anybody come across a consistent way of sensing the presence of a LEGO train
on a specific section of track? I was just wondering, cos I came across
this site and thought itd be fairly easy to
create controllers like these with RCXs (using LDCC lib) if there was a way to
sense the position of trains...

| (...) there is one trick you can use to get this to work reliably. The thing you need is to use carbon spray on the wheels so that a resistor of a few M-ohms is created. This will draw enough current for the detector circuit to work. product is (...) (21 years ago, 28-Aug-03, to lugnet.trains)
