I don't know what the other 100 set numbers are but I do know why the mixup
was made on the new Level Crossing.  When Jake sent me the pictures to post
on the ILTCO site, I read his note incorrectly and posted them as 10028
instead of 10128.  It was never caught during the review process, it wasn't
until they were public that it was noticed.
