May I suggest a name change for theme?  Say "World City Police"? ;-)

I must say a lot of the stuff looks great.  My general observation is that
the 2003 town line is very realistic.  Note the dark blue police uniforms
and the orange jump suit for the prisoner.  I like that in some way, but
moreso I don't like it because it gets away from the toy aspect and is a
little too realistic.

I think the models are nice and use the new pieces well, but the police
station is still a far cry from the pre-juniorization days.  I have never
seen a three story police tower that is rounded like that.  In the design
aspect, we need more realistic designs.  (hey, I just condradicted myself -
but you know what I mean.)

In conclusion, I will keep to my star wars, trains, adventurers and designer
sets when it comes to my LEGO spending for this year, and pull out my old
Metro PD (http://guide.lugnet.com/set/6598) if my train yards need security.
(of course, a good clearance may change my mind... lol)
