Yup the Chairlift operates, It was built by David G. We actually had a
working one last year but David changed the cars. I thought it was more
reliable this year, although I only was at the show for about 3 hours.

This is another one of David G's creations. The piece of track was a failed
attempt at bending track for his roller coaster. I remember when we did the
test setup I found the piece at the bottom of his box and had no idea what
to do with it. People were asking if they could see a train go off it and
plow into the ferry. This was unlikely because the trains were going the
other direction :)
