[1] Our Fargo show went very well.  Pictures and recap can be found at
http://www.gmltc.org/fargo.asp  I was not friendly to low bandwidth
connections, my pardons.  We are getting ready to revamp the website so I
didn't spend a great deal of time with formating and actually used photoshop
5.5's web export process to generate the pictures (between 800k and 1.1mb.
be careful on modem connections) and thumbnails.

Here are a couple more pictures, now that I've unloaded from my digital camera.

Dan Siskind's lighthouse, sitting prominently on the corner of the layout:

On the inside corner of that module sits a graveyard.  We will eventually
replace it with a 'haunted house', but we were running out time before the
show and this was a quick build.  Buffy and Willow are on patrol:

Underneath the graveyard is a "mad scientist's lab", here shown 'under
construction':  http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=209427

The translucent skull on the right shelf has a small LED mounted in it, so
it glows quite nicely.  The 'ray gun' on the top-left has a blinking light
in it.  Behind the moster on the table is some LEGO fiber-optic lights, set
up to move bottom-to-top, simulating the classic horror-movie sparking
thingie...  I need to improve the lighting in the lab, because when people
are looking at it through the window it's kind of hard to see.  I *love* the
pieces in the new MovieMaker set: http://guide.lugnet.com/set/1382...

As always, comments are welcome!

The next section will be heading off of this one, with two working bascule
bridges, and all sort of other sillyness!
