Nope, 46 parts is too many - maybe this is the rumored parts pack for converting it
from an A unit to a B unit?

| Apparently, after a long conversation with a Consumer Affairs employee, the part numbering system goes a little something like: (and these are ALL assumptions because of tight fisted meeting and emails flying around TLC right now about leakage of (...) (25 years ago, 21-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)
