Hello all, The recent thread about the reed switch used as a train detector reminded me that there are some new elements available for people playing with RCXs. I'm sure they've been discussed in the robotics groups, but I thought I'd mention them (...) (24 years ago, 10-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) I have really enjoyed building eight wide, but I do not think it would be the right thing for LEGO to do. I think 8-wides would be too expensive. I also think that 8-wides would be too big. To have good size run of track for 6-wides takes up a (...) (24 years ago, 10-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Reading John's message gave me an idea. If the cab is slightly rounded then you could put 2 2x2 black windows in the front, and angle 2, one on each side, 2x2 black windows like I [1] and Ben Fleskes(the green and white PNLTC trolley?) did on (...) (24 years ago, 10-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)
