  Re: New train MOCs

YES! I know this has been done in model railroading, so it should be possible in LEGO too. I look forward to a successful design, Chris. "Christopher Masi" <cmasi@cmasi.chem.tulane.edu> wrote in message news:39886408.76E35D...ane.edu... (...) cars (...) (24 years ago, 2-Aug-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: New train MOCs

I have been wondering about the couplers. In the recent past at least two cars have been shown with couplers that have problems when being pushed. Maybe there is a way to design a coupler that is free to pivot when it is being pulled, but when it is (...) (24 years ago, 2-Aug-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: MTW (Milton Train Works) Wishlist

I suspect Ahui was thinking that I was asking about a TLC wishlist, but I was talking about my own firm, Milton Train Works.   Re: MTW Wishlist

I too would like to see a large freight train set. The engine, 5-6 cars + caboose would be ideal. $250 is the max I would pay for it, but it would need to have more than just curved track. Some straight rail and even a switching point would be nice. (...) (24 years ago, 1-Aug-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: WHAT IF? Take a look!

I say, that the trick would be accesories, as it alreasy goes here. I'm personally into 12V as 9V doesn't have remote points etc. That would be needed before I start using 9V tracks. Also a set of other track parts, such as 1/2 lenght (or 2 1/4's = (...) (24 years ago, 1-Aug-00, to lugnet.trains)
