As you may've heard, WAMALUG displayed a layout at The Great American Train Show held over the weekend in Gaithersburg, Maryland. It was a *huge* success, and we tied for Third place (out of seven or so). We had one of the largest crowd draws, with (...) (...) Funny, that's how I fixed my 4.5v train stop signal (for lack of a better term). It was that red pole with the red train signal which was used as the train logo in the catalogs. (...) The best way to cut down the possibilities is to isolate what it isn't. It isn't 9 Volt, since the track is multi-piece. There was no mention of conductor rails, so that rules out 12V. For the 4.5 Volt, there are 107 entries in Pause. Many are (...) (25 years ago, 28-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains)

I picked up 100LBS of Lego this weekend and have sorted through it. I found an early train set, black engine, separate black battery box, 18 long curved track, 16 short curved track, and 8 straight track. Also eighteen wheel for the track, and five (...) (25 years ago, 28-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains)
