Re: New Train Window Ideas (old and copied)

Hi James: I saw your picture. It's a great idea to solve my train's week point. For me,to get the special parts which used in James' picture is a REAL PROBLEM ! Thank you Masayuki Ogura my web site (URL)I just got an idea to remove any spacing gaps (...) (25 years ago, 27-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Pantograph powered LEGO trains?

(...) Great work! I love the detail in the models, I found it a nice resource to add detail to MOCs. Does the locomotive have a 12V motor and the tender a 9V? Is the 12V motor an empty shell or is it powered? I was thinking to experiment a little (...) (25 years ago, 27-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.org.us.gmlug, lugnet.trains.org)

The dark green color and brass bands are achieved through the use of stickers only (...) (25 years ago, 27-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.org.us.gmlug, lugnet.trains.org)

  Re: Pantograph powered LEGO trains?

uhhh...stammer....uhhhh....wow! That has to be the most deceptive model I have seen in a long time. It looks simple, but it is not! First, a working pantograph. I think the rest of us have only dreamed about something like that. Second, nice railing (...) (25 years ago, 27-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: A Question

(...) Because it's kind of cool to have something sealed in a box, knowing that it's in perfect condition? Because once you open it, you no longer have it in the perfect state it was previously in? I think Castle fan Jeff Crites tried to collect two (...) (25 years ago, 27-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

New Train Window Ideas (old and copied)

Not really new ideas at all. All copied from other work. Especially the turning of the thinwall windows by 90 degrees! I just got an idea to remove any spacing gaps in at the right angle endpoint connections. Maybe this is old news? I used the 1x3x2 (...) (25 years ago, 27-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Interest in set 5561

not sure if this really belongs here... though since you guys seem to like em... I'll trade the exhaust pieces if anyone wants them.. Of course I would love to get some windows for em.. though some of those larger red or white curved arches wouldn't (...) (25 years ago, 27-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)
