Re: 2008 Perth Hobby Train Show

(...) It shows. I know how much time goes into the SLTC layout, and you have truely shown that a big commitment leads to a big result. Can you tell us what the longest span lego bridge is/was ? Im in the process of a 3m span for the SLTC. (...) That (...) (16 years ago, 10-Jun-08, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.loc.au.wa.per, lugnet.trains)

Re: How to fit large scaled trains on L-gauge

(...) I like this idea and furthermore I like this track a lot better than the one piece design of the 9v/RC line. LEGO bring back the old 4.5/12v tracks! Surely they must be cheaper to produce! (16 years ago, 2-Jun-08, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Brickworld 2008 Prep.

Hi all. I'm taking a short break from preparing for Brickworld 2008 and I figured I'd check LUGNET whilst waiting for dinner to finish cooking. I haven't heard much from the "Train Crue" or any other Brickworld attendees lately on here. I'm sure (...) (16 years ago, 1-Jun-08, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.events.brickworld)

Re: Where have the axels gone?

(...) Actually, it's a coded message regarding the future of 9V trains... No, just kidding. Here's what really happened: For the trainwheel part on the LEGO PAB website, there is a "diameter" symbol (looks like a circle with a diagonal line across (...) (16 years ago, 30-May-08, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Where have the axels gone?

(...) I've got a theory on this - and you're welcome to test it! First, you can still order a train wheel axle by creating an LDD model of the train wheel set and ordering it (kind of silly, but it works). If you do this, LDD will report that the (...) (16 years ago, 29-May-08, to lugnet.trains)
