Re: Steam train from Laputa/Castle in the sky movie

(...) Jason, you've picked images from my all time favourite film. It's served as prototype for many following anime and games. Ironicly the the robots and some other elements are lifted from Max Flieshers Superman animation. Building thr elevated (...) (18 years ago, 31-Oct-06, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Steam train from Laputa/Castle in the sky movie

Re: "Big Blue" Pneumatic 4-6-4 engine and tender

(...) Hey David, very awesome! :-) I especially like the way you've secured the cylinders, is it strong? Also, pretty neat idea to stop the air at the front using the lever stick. About the slipping, how about putting rubber bands on the driver (...) (18 years ago, 30-Oct-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: Stolen flatcar with a stolen load

(...) A Trolley, yes. (URL) The Neighborhood Trolley>, in fact. If you look behind the little train station (URL) here>, you can barely make out the other touch sensor at the other end. These are our subway modules which have been been so far too (...) (18 years ago, 29-Oct-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: Stolen flatcar with a stolen load

(...) Is that touch sensor below the stop sign to control a trolley or similar? I found (URL) this> pic which shows the scene a bit better. tim (18 years ago, 29-Oct-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
