  Make tracks in LDraw

Hi all, Has anyone got an LDraw model of a simple circle train track, like this: (URL) then in 9V? Thanks. Jaco (19 years ago, 19-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.cad)

  Has anyone thought of this?

(URL) was fooling around with my bricks today and I thought it up. If it can be done-- It's what I've always been looking for: Some way in which I can integrate train axles into the technic system.... and thereby motorise stuff, apart from other (...) (19 years ago, 19-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: NY Subway train

(...) Thanks Tim, I've liked many of your train creations, they're consistently well done! Calum (19 years ago, 19-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: Small town building reference

(...) Sounds like a good fun contest idea. Maybe when the current town contest ends, and there are more "cities" (as discussed earlier) in photos online. We could do a new contest like this. I am thinking an added twist though: We choose from a list (...) (19 years ago, 19-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

  Re: NY Subway train

Hi Tim, Nice. I really like the rubber band chain as well. I was actually planning to build an LDRAW model of an NYC subway car this week, but at a vaguely Miniland scale (I've never been to a Legoland park, so I'm not entirely sure). I like the (...)   Re: AFX Lego Racing

(...) These AFX motors are HO scale. (URL) Scale slot cars are 1/64 scale electrically-powered cars. Speeds can reach up to 30 mph, which is over 1000 mph scale speed. With the lego body and running the stock 16volts the speed is significantly less (...) (19 years ago, 19-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Small town building reference

  Re: Small town building reference

(...) Great Idea and pictures. Is the name of the Ice cream parlor a coincidence? (19 years ago, 19-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Small town building reference

(...) (I could have sworn that I posted this reply yesterday but I can't find it so I'm posting it again. Maybe I just forgot to hit submit or something. Weird.) Very nice work. Great idea. But you forgot one newsgroup: lugnet.build.arch. I added it (...) (19 years ago, 19-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

  Re: Small town building reference

  NY Subway train

Hi all, Just a little MOC from me, a New York City subway train (class (URL) R40M>). I'm hoping to do underground trains of the world cities so this is sort of a number two of a series (after Moscow). (2 URLs) BS gallery> I tried to keep the design (...)   Re: Small town building reference

(...) I believe the Weiner mobile comment was actually an inside joke stemming back to a field trip to the Lego store while I was in Seattle. However since I’m horrible with names I could be wrong. Either way I got a chuckle out of it. ondrew (19 years ago, 18-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Small town building reference

(...) Thanks, Ondrew! This should be a very useful resource. I often take pictures of buildings around town (Baltimore) for LEGO purposes, and your example has inspired me to post the ones I have and take some more. Marc Nelson Jr. (URL) Marc's (...)   Re: New Trains and BBB Wheels? (was: Re: Still more)

(...) No idea about the torque, but personally I doubt it could have been improoved (would empty the batteries too fast). The speed of the new trains is more or less the same as now: a Metroliner waggon at full speed of the IR train derailed. (...) (19 years ago, 18-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
