Re: ILTCO at National Train Show +Aerial views

(...) Hello all, Well I finally caught up on my sleep and resized my pictures to save space on the one and only Brickshelf. During the last 20 minutes of the show I figured out a way to take aerial pictures of the displays. Most came out OK, some (...) (19 years ago, 12-Jul-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: just checking in, home safe and sound

(...) The NGLTC and CUT groups are also now home, and cleaning up the mess that Dennis left in Atlanta (some of the streets near me are still flooded, but thankfully my apartment was left unscathed). I had never been to an event at this scale; I've (...) (19 years ago, 12-Jul-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: NMRA 2005

(...) Wow, My favorite pics from your gallery because of how well they showcase the depth of the layout (and I don't even think they show trains) (URL) seeing all these great pictures I am so much more bummed now that I missed out on going to Ohio.   Re: ILTCO at National Train Show

(...) It certainly looks like fun! (...) Well according to the BS main page, "Multimedia files are now available between 8pm and 10am EDT", so BS may be the place to put them. Seems to work on my WMV files... ROSCO (19 years ago, 12-Jul-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: ILTCO at National Train Show

A big thanks, I'm sure on everyone's part, to the people who help made this possible! That was easily the most fun I've ever had at a show, and an experience I won't forget. As a member of the community who's never been to Brickfest, it was also (...) (19 years ago, 12-Jul-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  NMRA 2005

Whew, we made it home, all safe. What a weekend. This was without a doubt a LEGO landmark. I am so glad we were a part of it. I took 224 pix and I know I missed a lot. Thanks to Paul and Steve and all who hosted and provided for us. The most common (...) (19 years ago, 12-Jul-05, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Have a great NMRA

(...) The 'National' train show is an annual event. As to the LEGO community coming together like this? We don't know if this was a 'once in a lifetime' thing, or if it will happen again. I hope it happens again, and I bet a lot of other people (...) (19 years ago, 12-Jul-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

just checking in, home safe and sound

The GMLTC contingent made it home safe and sound, although having travelled a bit farther than expected. (Ok, I'll admit it - I got on the wrong freeway heading out from one of the Chicago Lego stores! D'oh!!) The show was absolutely unbelievable. (...) (19 years ago, 12-Jul-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: Have a great NMRA

(...) It is annual. Next year it'll be in Philly, and in 2007 it'll be in Detroit (if memory serves). :-) (19 years ago, 11-Jul-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
