Please take a look at the stack on this LEGOLAND Billund steam locomotive. I am wondering how the red and white circular stripes were constructed. The stack appears to be 4 studs diameter. The stud pattern on the circumference leads me to think (...) (22 years ago, 8-Apr-03, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Hi Cary, I remember that i got also once a problem with a 9V motor (from a new Metroliner set). I could replace him for a new one after contacting LEGO abouth it. The train could run for abouth 10 rounds and then stopped, but the light in the (...) (22 years ago, 7-Apr-03, to lugnet.trains)

I've rebuilt my SD40-2 from the ground up. It can be seen at (URL) to LEGO creations, then Locomotives. I had found it weak in a couple of places so that sparked the redesign. The base was pieced together from various plates and was prone to (...) (22 years ago, 7-Apr-03, to lugnet.trains)
