(...) Yes and no. You have to file down some plastic on the inside of the 12v electrified rails to get them to snap onto the 9v tracks. Also, the wheels on the 12v trains knock against the 9v power supply bricks, and can eventually knock the 9v (...) (22 years ago, 15-Aug-02, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Thanks for your help! I know that Sonnich says that you can mix the track. Well, nothing personal, but I really do not like the looks of the 12V track. 9V looks very realistic in my opinion.
