(...) Great news, Manfred! Thanks for dropping your note here. I'm happy that set will have no motor. Without it might become a good part spender. Now it depends all on the picture to come.... Leg Godt! Ben (23 years ago, 9-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)

Re: How did James Mathis make his tilting trains?

I have not posted any construction details of the tilting mechanism. They will come. I have the model cast in MLCad form, but I still need to spend a fair amount of time generating and refining any instructions. I will say that the full train is (...) (23 years ago, 9-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Surprise, new train set

Doesn't it strike anyone else as odd that this VERY American set shoud show up at S@H in all of these other countries first, but not in the US? Not that I'm saying that it won't be here or anything, just pointing out the humor (?) in the situation. (...) (23 years ago, 9-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)

MOC: only a boring closed goods waggon in 7-w and SNOT

Dear all, I have uploaded my fourth 7-wide waggon at brickshelf and think it has a quite clever design to use brown palisade bricks in a way that they add horizontal plank structures. You may find it here: (URL) I think on a day like today you can (...) (23 years ago, 8-Feb-02, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.trains)

Hello @ all! Do you remember?
