Re: Job specific titles for train and rail crew

(...) I've never hear "knocker up", but the phrase "knock 'er up" has a couple of meanings in Aus - first to build something quickly, as in to "knock up a shed in the back yard". In trains this is more a thing concerning length not width, but a sceenery with landscape will cause some (...) (23 years ago, 25-Nov-01, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Building contest

(...) Indeed! (...) (URL) concur, a contest with this much ambition needs a flood of entries to survive! But I'm bettin’ that about 10 ‘mega-entries’ (Huge displays) will be released just before the closing date. I'm hoppin’ that we do see a wide (...)   Re: BricksWest

(...) I'm hoping to be able to attend, but it probably won't be until January that I have an idea of the feasibility. (...) I'm also interested in operation. I do hope at some point to have a space big enough to have a home layout extensive enough (...) (23 years ago, 25-Nov-01, to lugnet.trains)
