Base on the discussion, I think we can use Insulated Track Components in block control or RCX control, especially in RCX control, if your program has a bug, it is easy to lead to short circuit, I designed all Insulated Track Components, you can find (...) (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.trains)

(...) If you thought you needed my approval, consider it given, but I don't think you need it. I didn't use a normal train plate. I put the 9V motor as low as I could in the design--I actually built the "fuel tanks" around it so it kept the center (...) (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.trains)

Hey, Those are really great! I've been shifting to ever larger buildings lately in an attempt to get something really cool, but I'm amazed at how many smaller buildings have come out lately of such fine quality.
