  Town Hall for 1000steine-Land
 
Hey there everyone, Just in case you don't get to swing on by Berlin this weekend, here are some pictures of a 48x48 Town Hall module that I made for the 1000steine event. (URL) brief I received was to make a centerpiece display of a modular (...) (17 years ago, 23-Aug-07, to lugnet.town) !! 
 
  Suggestion - Factory Middle Layer for Café Corner
 
Has anyone done a middle layer for the Café Corner using LEGO Factory yet? I know the proper inventory won't all be there, but it must be possible to do something that comes close... Just a thought, prompted by some discussion in the Brickish (...) (17 years ago, 23-Aug-07, to lugnet.town)

(URL) i had originally wanted to build a minifig scale caribbean resort but the financial calculations on 6 bungalows in pastel colours ended that dream. someone suggested microscale (might have been my husband, who despite having no interest (...) This past weekend, August 18-19, QuéLUG was participating in a train show at Exporail - the Canadian Railway Museum in St-Constant, Québec. We had a 8'x45' layout (2,5 m x 13,5 m) featuring 3 train loops, 1 monorail loop, rural, residential and (...) It's good that you've done a slight offset of each cabin relative to the others in the row of three, but I think it would look more natural when you do this with the other rows (of two cabins each) also. There are some nice details in the (...) (17 years ago, 21-Aug-07, to lugnet.town)

  Trucks..4, 6 & now 8 wide
 
2003 we started seeing 6 wide truck from TLC, and now they have some awesome 8 wide construction trucks. But I'm curious, is this creating the problem for everyone that it does for me? How do 8 wides look on a standard road plates? (17 years ago, 19-Aug-07, to lugnet.town)

When moderated : (URL) of the shots : (URL) neon sign : (URL) used the ink jet AVERY Clear Decals (03276) for the FREE TV and NO VACANCY sign... (...) Matt - I wanted to use the castle wheel on this MOC but I could not come up with a good tyre solution so I used smaller wheels instead: (URL) But recently a friend of mine pointed out the wedge-belt tyre on this MOC: (URL) So I only had to steal it. (...) Very nice. I like the color choices as well as the headlights. Have you considered flipping the bracket the headlights are attached to? (...) Awesome work, Jonathan! I had built on based on Pierre Normandin's design, but never was completely happy with it. I think your cab turned out much better. Mine's too boxey. Here's a photo.   NYPD Emergency Service Truck
 
Hello! Here is the latest vehicle to hit the streets of my town: It is based on a Mack/Saulsbury NYPD Emergency Service Truck. I think of this lego version as a Gould/Asbury NYPD Truck as Tim Gould and Steven Asbury had a heavy influence in the (...) (17 years ago, 6-Aug-07, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.town)
