  Re: Brilliant station by dagealka

(...) My goodness. This might either inspire people or make them give up the hobby. I won't make any SNOT/kleenex jokes, but will say, there is a ton of SNOT! Love the tan crates and the yellow pallet jacks among many other wonderful details. Along (...) (19 years ago, 18-May-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.town, FTX)

Hi all, This model appeared in BS recently and I think it's brilliant. User signed off as Daniel on the 100steine post so thanks Daniel for this excellent work. (...) --SNIP-- (URL) --SNIP-- (...) This is a really cool little MOC. I've been trying to think of ways to keep studs up at the bottom but nothing has come to me yet. Tim (19 years ago, 18-May-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Working Minifig-Scale Mailbox

This is my latest creation - small, but pretty cool, if I do say so myself. I've made it for the <vlc.ca VLC>'s Show in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. If you're in the area, please drop by - check out (URL) Surrey Museum website> for more info. (...) (19 years ago, 18-May-06, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: Fire Dept List (was Re: 411 on Brian Gallant?)

(...) Thanks, Kevin! The fire association has fractured into two groups, but it would be nice to have one place on Lugnet that someone could find fire-related Lego links. Also, here are two awesome Brickshelf folders that are sometimes overlooked by (...) (19 years ago, 17-May-06, to lugnet.town)

Fire Dept List (was Re: 411 on Brian Gallant?)

(...) I had hoped that the fire association pages would between them have lists of fire-related stuff - but one has now vanished and there's not much on the other one! So, people, add links to your and other fire equipment pages to this list, and (...) (19 years ago, 17-May-06, to lugnet.town)

  Re: 411 on Brian Gallant?

(...) The reason is great news for Brian, but bad news for the Lego community. Brian got a job as a permanent firefighter for the same department that his father works for. But his real-life firefighting duties are keeping him too busy for Lego (...) (19 years ago, 16-May-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: 411 on Brian Gallant?

(...) Oh, yeah, I'd forgotten about Tom. Thanks, Dave. It might be handy to have these type of links on the town page for easy access. Hey Kev-- maybe have a header that is inclusive of ALL Fire related MOCs? :-) JOHN (19 years ago, 16-May-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  411 on Brian Gallant?

I was searching for inspiration because I need to build a fire engine. Of course I've bookmarked (URL) Asbury's Brickshelf page> (and one could argue that that's all the inspiration one could ever need!), but I also was interested in perusing Brian (...)   Copper's Callbox - Another Rum Rummers Set

This is the second set for the Rum Runners sub-theme. Illegal booze runers aren't much fun if there aren't any cops to chase them, so I built the Copper's Callbox set.   Re: Several Town MOCs

(...) Hi, thanks for your comments. I agree, but I cannot move the cockpit as the concave double slope bricks wouldn't fit in then right below the windscreen. (...) Thanks, some tries make me presume these only look well when using LGEO, right? (...) (19 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Several Town MOCs

(...) Hi Florian, You're getting a nice little collection there. I really like the long nosed passenger jet although I feel it would look a lot better if you moved the cockpit forward one brick (the nose is just a little too long IMO). (...) For (...) (19 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.town)

New Adventurers Subtheme - Rum Runners

Inpired by this post: (URL) I like the gangsters idea, and I think it'd be a fun Adventurer's sub-theme, which I've nicknamed Rum Runners. The theme takes place during the Prohibition era of the United States, pitting the Rum Runners against The (...) (19 years ago, 6-May-06, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.town, FTX) !
