  Re: 2006 sets

(...) Wouldn't this be where the "creativity" comes in? If I'ma kid, and I see how I can build a 4-wide plane, wouldn't I recognize that a wider plane would be better, so I'll look at all my parts and figure out how to make a wider plane? (plates & (...)   Re: 2006 sets

(...) They seem to be moving toward a more realistic scale for their vehicles. (A good move in my opinion.) The problem is that in doing so, Lego added a lot of "juniorization" in the process. Lego, why do we have to choose between having to choose (...) (19 years ago, 7-Oct-05, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.town, FTX)

2006 New Town Sets Sneak Peek

Hey everyone. While perusing Brickshelf, I came across this gallery: (URL) The buildings are pretty ho-hum, but the vehicles look great. I really like that Lego concentrated on the little details, like an IV of sorts on the ambulance stretcher. The (...) (19 years ago, 6-Oct-05, to lugnet.town)

  Model Team Fomula 1 Racer.

(2 URLs) MOCpage> (URL) Brickshelf Folder> Well, most of the info is already on the MOCpage so repeating it here would be kind of redundant.   Micro Tractor

(2 URLs) Micro Tractor> This was a fun little last minute MOC I built for the micro farm I brought to Brickfest. It took about an hour to build, which included a lot of failed attempts using other building techniques. I was starting to think it (...)   Re: "Square Ghost Cafe"

(...) I think I've finally found out what was wrong (see RTL for a detailed description, if you're curious). Now even MSIE should have access to the web-pages. Play well, Jacob (19 years ago, 25-Sep-05, to lugnet.town, lugnet.off-topic.geek)

Town & Train at NWBrickCon 2005

This is your friendly neighborhood NWBC Town/Train Coordinator. I need to know about Town and Train MOCs you are bringing to NWBrickCon 2005. (Haven't signed up yet?   Re: Major update to my vehicle folder.

Indeed! I will consider it an immense blunder on the part of the TLG hiring department if Pierre is not being interviewed (merely as a formality!) by the end of the coming week. Surely these are some of the best Town vehicles I've ever seen. A (...) (19 years ago, 24-Sep-05, to lugnet.town, lugnet.dear-lego)
