    Spiral Staircase —Mark Bellis
Here's a spiral staircase for those of you who do stately homes or castles. You might like to make a mirror image pair of them for a mansion. (URL) To get plates to stack at angles I had to use tiles, so unfortunately the minifigure can't stand on (...) Having seen the (...) (19 years ago, 10-Feb-05, to lugnet.town, FTX)

        Re: Spiral Staircase —Bryan Wong
(...) Wow it looks great! The only problem with such extravagant designs is that they're so parts intensive (look at all those 1x2 plates!)... I've always wanted to do a double set of these staircases! Judging from other people's responses, it (...) (19 years ago, 10-Feb-05, to lugnet.town, FTX)

        Re: Spiral Staircase —Mark Bellis
(...) One can never have enough 1x2 plates :-) The tiles are supported on the outside edge, behind the part that sticks out on the curve. Then they're pushed into the plates on the inside corner so that they stack at one end. They're not actually (...) (19 years ago, 10-Feb-05, to lugnet.town, FTX)
