I assume that you are refering to the wheels that were also used (without tyres) on

| Let's not forget, they also made those wheels in white, and I love those wheels! They are one of the hallmarks of the era, when all the really nice sets came out. The wheels they introduced in the late '80s that snap on were ok. The nice thing was (...) (25 years ago, 6-Mar-00, to lugnet.town)
