How about the 3x2 cupboards used in City set 6432 and Shell set 1254.
They have clear-ish doors. Then cut out a picture from your LEGO catalog
and put it behind the door, then you have an all LEGO solution.

| (...) The only suggestion I can offer you is use computer monitors. That are about the scale size of a 19-25" TV. You can purchase them in the decorated elements pack that lego offers. I used one of those with a 2x1 plate hinge and a 1x2 plate hinge (...) (25 years ago, 18-Feb-00, to lugnet.town)
