I was thinking about this the other day. I guess that if you built a military
base or academy in your town, it would fit into and compete in a category with
the "civilian" structures. After all, the base employees live and work in your
town too. They also deserve to have a nice-looking base.
On the other hand, models of planes and tanks and ships alone would still have
their own audience.
