  Re: Tiger Prediction

(...) Don't forget stingray riders and dolphin riders! Sure, they have to hold on to the animal's dorsal fin, but at least they can hitch a ride through the waves. Steve (24 years ago, 6-Nov-00, to lugnet.town, lugnet.adventurers)

Re: Tiny preview of Mini Gardens

Hi Erik Very well done, the walk in freezer is a very good inclusion looks like you may need another dishwasher though. LOL Craig (24 years ago, 6-Nov-00, to lugnet.town)

  Tiny preview of Mini Gardens

Hello, I am working on MOCs for the village of Mini Gardens. I've decided to post a tiny preview of my Diner at (URL) particularly happy with the walk-in freezer. -Erik (24 years ago, 6-Nov-00, to lugnet.town)

A good use for 2001 Alpha Team

Look at that big Ogel base set. Doesn't it just scream "Dr. Claw"? I'm talking about the original excellent Inspector Gadget animated series, not the recent Disney rubbish. Change that skull on the fortress to look more like the MAD cat logo, and (...) (24 years ago, 6-Nov-00, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.general, lugnet.town)

  Re: Tiger Prediction

(...) I think that the tiger will be very similar to the bear, but with a longer tail. I put horns in the polar bear's mouth and made an albino smilodon :) What theme would they put a tiger in? (24 years ago, 6-Nov-00, to lugnet.town, lugnet.general, lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: Tiger Prediction

(...) We can always hope. And I *strongly* hope that it's got studs on its back. I was sorely disappointed by the polar bear's smooth back. I want tiger riders and polar bear riders! I can have horse riders, dragon riders, crocodile riders and dino (...) (24 years ago, 6-Nov-00, to lugnet.town, lugnet.general, lugnet.adventurers)

Re: color of windows in 1352

(...) Brad that's what i was thinking ,that i could use the set for the windows as i don't 'need'another bank in my town. What i do need is more of those grey windows for the terminal part of my airport(to match the rest of my skyway windows) (...)   Re: color of windows in 1352

It is hard to tell the exact color of the exploding bank windows. They appear to be light-gray to me (so the same as century skyway). However, the glass color (see the door) looks lke it may be a different tint. We'll have to wait and see! Given the (...) (24 years ago, 5-Nov-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.town)

  Motorbikes

Being the owner of LegoWars 2000 ( (URL) ), I prefer to use the town pieces for their realistic present day-style. I'm interested in getting Lego motorbikes for battle, but I've noticed that in all the new town sets the bikes have been replaced for (...) (24 years ago, 5-Nov-00, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Curvy Baroque Church

Thanks for the compliments. I tried to ensure that it is really possible to "mount" the parts in real life, but this does not mean that all the parts actually will interlock. You are exactly correct, in that there are a few pieces that would be (...) (24 years ago, 5-Nov-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

Thanks. This one was a real challenge to make it seem like the building was curving. I actually started with the curved band in the middle and worked my way down and up! Thanks Yes - There are things that really annoy me about CAD building (lack of pieces and not actually being able to touch anything), but it has a lot of advantages.
