(...) Good job! I like the patches of red brick on the grey building. I agree with Tim about the weeds and the washing machine (although I don't know anything regarding his statement about the latter). Keep it up! Jeffery Maceachern BS: (URL) (...) (19 years ago, 1-May-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

(...) Thanks, very much! (...) You're right! Or, a cast iron bath tub or refridgerator (sp?). Here in NYC, the sanitation dept won't take the cast iron tubs and people tend to drop them off where ever (in open lots). I don't know how they lift them (...) (19 years ago, 1-May-06, to lugnet.town)

(...) --SNIP-- (...) Hi Jonathan, The more I see of your city the better I like it and that's starting from a very high level of appreciation. The only suggestion I can make is that you should have a broken down washing machine in the junk-filled (...) (19 years ago, 1-May-06, to lugnet.town)

My model is based on the model of this by Bachmann, (...) (19 years ago, 27-Apr-06, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.trains, lugnet.town, FTX) !!

  Re: Truck Cab

(...) Hi Tim, John and Thomas, Thanks for all the replies and thoughts. Yeah, blocky indeed. I am wishing there were a better 5 wide window option myself. I have considered cutting the 4 wide windscreens and making them into 5 wide. I have so many 4 (...) (19 years ago, 25-Apr-06, to lugnet.town)

(...) I like it, especially in situ:-) I'd say that the windshield looks too tall, and the nose isn't tall enough. Maybe raising the hood a full brick, which would have the effect of decreasing the windshield height as well. Actually, were it me, I (...) (19 years ago, 25-Apr-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Truck Cab

(...) Hi Jonathan, I only just saw this today so it's a late response. I like the use of the fender parts and the overall design is quite sound but as Thomas said the windscreen looks a little blocky. My suggestion would be to go for a four-wide (...) (19 years ago, 25-Apr-06, to lugnet.town)
