Thanks, Matt, and sorry -- all I can say is that thanks to your bug reports
and those of a number of other players, we have made some progress in
tracking down the problem. It's true that there aren't many online Flash
games that have as many functions, components, save-game, etc as this one.
But we're confident that the technical issue will get worked out eventually,
hopefully soon. We'll let you know.

Stephen, you might try the "quick fix" that didn't work for Matt but has
worked for some others -- 1. Reload, 2. If that doesn't work, clear your
cache and reload, 3. If that doesn't work, restart your machine, clear your
cache, and reload.

Basically, the world of Mata Nui is made up of a lot of little files -- many
more than make up most web pages. We're experiencing a bug in which some of
the files don't get sent properly from the server to you. Sometimes
reloading or cache-clearing can get rid of this "clog," but of course we're
trying to find what causes the problem on our end, and we'll keep you posted.

The exact same thing that happened to me at this point in the game...and
marked the last time I will visit Mata Nui. I REALLY like the whole on-line
Flash adventure thing, but it is just not worth my time to wait on locked
screens, and DEFINATELY not worth my time to try the game from the top each
time, only to have it lock up anyway, but have no method of recovery like
when I am logged in.

But then, this is the price paid for trying something new and different,
both for the user and the developer. All in all, an admireable effort, but
not worth my time right now.

Go back to the guy in the koli field (he left now), take his koli ball, gice it
to Onewa, Head back to the cave, Watch movie, use mouse to steer Pohatu, kick
the koli balls at the slime holding up the cave behind the rahi (don't kick the
rahi, he's like a golie).

...How do I give the koli ball to Onewa? I drag it on to him and all over
his room but it doesnt work :-/

...Well... so now I finally got him to accept it. He started talking and I
gave it to him... but he said "What? But this is just a koli ball"... and
locked up... no arrow, no clicks anywhere :-/

...working the issue here :-/

(...) ...Well, I tried the "fix" cleared the cache, even deleted all temp files and cookies in all other accounts on this machine (just in case). Wiped out all temp files too. Still it locks up with the "But this is just a koli ball..." :-/ ...I'll (...) (23 years ago, 27-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)
