  Re: Bionicle folks went away?

The Technic Logo is conspiciously absent from _ALL_ 2002 "Technic" sets that we've seen boxes for thus far (Bionicle, Racers, Star Wars). I mentioned this in a past thread. IMHO, TLC will eventually phase out the Technic brand completely (just like (...) (24 years ago, 15-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Bionicle folks went away?

(...) Just to add some more fuel to this, everybody HAS noticed that the 'Technic' logo is conspicuous by it's absence on the new Bionicle Bohrok and Bohrok-Va products and catalogues, haven't they? ;-) Maybe somebody DID take it up with Lego?!?   Re: Bionicle folks went away?

  Re: Bionicle folks went away?

(...) This is a complex argument to start with. For Lego the company, Bionicle has been very, very good. For the proliferation of Lego Technic sets that are big and fancy, perhaps Bionicle is bad. I could accept the argument that Lego will produce (...) (24 years ago, 15-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Re: Strange parts in Nui-Rama set

(...) It only occurred to me this morning that this piece is designedto sort out two different sizes of bands. There are two black bands that show up a lot in Bionicles sets and this gizmo fits them both equally well. (24 years ago, 6-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Infected masks

(...) If you are talking about the trans-green Miru, it was an exclusive freeebie at Legoland California (and Windsor I think). I don't think you can get them anymore, except maybe at eBay and Bricklink. Ian (24 years ago, 3-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Infected masks

Bionicle comic #4, The Bohrok Awake! (Some questions)

1. The Gold Kanohi- How did the Toa get them? According to Bionicle # 3, gold masks combine the energies of all 6 masks. But the Toa didn't have all of the regular masks before Bionicle #4- Tahu has no mask of levitation, for example. Were the gold (...) (24 years ago, 1-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Re: Ebay prices. This is crazy!!!

(...) I listed AND sold a spare set of the 14 misprints on BrickLink for $250, which was pretty much the same price as I paid for my own set. I think $250 is an average price for all 14.   Re: Ebay prices. This is crazy!!!

The ones auctioned last night ended at $255 for the collection... Does $18.21 sound the most expensive part?
