The Toa received the gold masks for getting all 6 masks of power of their
respective colors (according to the online game).

The comics skipped the defeat of Makuta. Grr. I think it was stupid to skip such
a major part of the story.

I think it is Kapura, the fire Tohunga/Matoran (not to be confused with Jala, the
captain of the Ta-Koro guard). I think he is the (not yet available)
Tohunga/Matoran included in the upcoming "Koronan Boxer" set.
