  Re: Gremlin

(...) Oh, you mean this one: (URL) like the idea of Boba Fett as the pilot. What if you mix the colours up a bit, rather than keeping with the original colour scheme? Martin (24 years ago, 12-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

This is a modified Bohrok made to fit a minifig. I've made a couple of others (brown and red) that I'll be posting soon. They are slightly differnt. LMKWYT Paul (24 years ago, 12-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

(...) Excellent tidbit of story! The notion that Matanuian entities are not only robotic but also cybernetic is interesting. Did you gloss over Matoro's role as translator* for the sake of clarity? I look forward to more installments. - Kyle * I am (...) (24 years ago, 8-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

My office network is still in disarray (insert rant about Qwest here), but the webcam: (URL) partly up. It's usually pointed at some MOC or another.   New Image

Kopaka: I extracted this image from the memory of a tarakava that looks as if was destroyed with about 30 others at the same time. What can you make of it Nuju? Nuju: I'm not sure, but I hope it's on our side. (URL) for looking. -- Nicole~ (24 years ago, 8-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Differences between US and Euro Kanohi?!?

I've just received my Kohrak along with US (boxed) and Euro (bagged) Krana / Kanohi packs... Copmaring the gold Kaukau masks by holding them up to the light, the US ones let through more light than the Euro ones. Much the same as with the copper (...)   Re: Bionicle Tarot

(...) Matt, you should also consider how many folks at BionicleZone have downloaded the font since August when I posted the link to your site. Thanks for that fine resource, btw! -Dave (24 years ago, 7-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Bionicle Tarot

(...) The play-action gearworks has been replaced with a #3 axle, a socket, a ball and a #2 axle to connect to the head (the actual head, not the clear brain) The arms are attached with the ".5 pin / .5 friction peg" for posability. All this made (...) (24 years ago, 7-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

(...) Hee hee - I like! Where do I sign up for my deck?! Do I see right, or am I imagining things (and you're just a darn good camera man!) - Do your Toa have moveable heads? If so, how'd you do it (what pieces)? I'm sure this topic has been covered (...) (24 years ago, 7-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Silver Masks

(...) The right way to do the effect IMHO would be to do it like they did, say, the wheels on the 8448 supercar or the silver & gold parts on C-3P0 or the gold head and disk on the millenium slizer. (24 years ago, 7-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

(...) of $50 or more through the 11th. Interestingly the Toa are $7.99 on their site, but I guess that's still over what they should be! 8549 Tarakava was $39.99.
