Larry may not be sure what it implies but I think I know what it implies to
me...
To me it implies that anyone trying to trademark a name as generic as "Model of
the Month" is being silly at best. What if Fashion Magazine decided to start a
"Model of the Month"? Would we get upset? How about RC magazine (Radio
Controled)? I think I am with Paul, I might just start a "Model of the Month"
of my own and have it not even remotely LEGO related.
This is precisely one of the reasons why I pay so little attention to LUGNET
anymore...
