How about:
EXPERT BUILDER of the MONTH
for two reasons:
1) Expert Builder is, of course, the original name of the Technic series of
sets.
2) This name would recognize not only the model, but the model's creator.
Or would, in fact, allow you to honor an Expert Builder for a series of
models, not necessarily just one creation.
Just my suggestion.

Okay, so here's the deal, Tim Courtney from LDraw.org has asked me to change the name of Technic MOTM into something _not_ Model Of The Month since he feels MOTM is "an important part of LDraw.org's recognition". I _will_ change the name despite (...) (23 years ago, 3-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic)
