I would like to start a new group for technic cranes. Does anyone know how
i would go about doing this?

| (...) Well, you'd post to lugnet.admin.general asking for it, however I'm not sure it's really needed - what would you discuss there that can't be discussed in lugnet.technic? It's not exactly a high volume group, and most people reading it would (...) (23 years ago, 30-Nov-01, to lugnet.technic)
