The builder, Guran Wallen sent me a picture of the crane and I sent him some
questions and he sent me this reply.




I know of several serious Lego crane builders and I'm sure they'd be really
interested in your crane.
I have a few questions which I'll share with the other fans.

Have you got a web site? If not, I could put a few pics up for you.
NO My frend in New York work by one right now

How many Kg's will it lift?      The world record is 7,8 kilograms at the
moment, at the radius of 40 cm/ about 15"

How tall is it?     300 cm/118" under hook

What does the counterweight weigh?     Carrier driven by motors and the
counterweight 8 kilograms at the pictures
max weight 15kg more than one kilo/pr wheels tere is 10 wheels at the carrier

I have show my crane i us 7 tims by now and more to come

Evert van Wichen is now building a Kobelco CK850 crawler crane on scale 1:13. See his work in progress: (URL) it will be shown during the modelshow in Ochten. I can't wait to see it in real!
