I finally got my copy of the new catalog and I have a few questions. First of all, I was looking at the 8466 Off Roader (which has generated considerable discussion in the past few weeks). As far as I can tell, it has steering, pistons, suspension, (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jul-01, to lugnet.technic)

(...) In general, the absence of a particular set from a single S@H catalog is not indicative of anything in particular, IMHO. No single catalog ever has the entire range in it. Summer is also traditionally thinner than the winter catalog, which (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.technic)

(...) That's what I was thinking too...Lego used to call them "hydraulic" parts but they must have realized that this was an inaccurate description of what the parts really were, so they probably just changed the name to "transparent pneumatic (...) (23 years ago, 17-Jul-01, to lugnet.technic)
