Basically, it rotates freely around the axle but has tiny little teeth
on the edge of the centre that can "grab" an adjacent arm.

| (...) I don't think that any of the sets currently available come with this. It can be somewhat hard to come by a Super Street Sensation these days but you might be able to get one from an auction (since it just sold out prices are still pretty low (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)
