It certainly does!! It's fairly rare, 8094 is the only set I know of that
came with this pen - maybe other sets have had it since, but I haven't seen
any which have a plotter in it.

| (...) Thanks! This set seems to come with quite a few unusual parts actually...besides the pen, there is also what appears to be some sort of weighted black piece (this can be seen on the side of the pen plotter near the pen holder) and it also (...) (24 years ago, 25-Dec-00, to lugnet.technic)
