The most popular ones here appear to be the 8480 Space Shuttle and the 8880
Super Car. The space shuttle is an outstanding model with seven functions,
complex gear/axle networks and many useful (special and generic) pieces. I
don't own the 8880 so I am not sure what it contains, but from information I
have found, it also appears to be an excellent set with lots of realistic
functions and useful pieces.
My personal favorite is the 8868 Airtech Claw Rig because I'm sort of a
die-hard pneumatics fan, and it also comes with a V6 engine and a turntable,
which can be useful in building custom.
