Hi all, I'm sure many of you have seen previous pictures of my Caterham replica, but it is now finished! The finishing touch to the model is the working windscreen wipers. (...) Here's an idea you can try to have them slip a bit less. Do you have the ordinary chain links too? Then ones without the wide tread? If so use an ordinary chain link for every third link, say. (...) Thanks! So do I :) (...) It's from before my dark ages, mainly the 8851 Excavator and the 8660 Arctic Rescue, I also got two with the 8843 Fork Lift truck. (...) No it is not. This set was a mid-2000 release in Germany and some other countries, but will be a 2001 set in the US.
