Even in the 8448, there were times when the added parts were VERY difficult to find, either because they (...) (24 years ago, 9-Aug-00, to lugnet.technic)

I think that's the point -- LEGO is trying to lower the bar on these sets, avoiding barriers that will prevent the largest number of people from enjoying (and buying) these (...) (...) No problem. Just try one or more of these: 1. Tear out half the pages of the instructions. 2. Ask a 5-year-old child to help you. 3. Throw a bedsheet over the model, and only pull out parts to check their colors. 4. If you have a cat, sprinkle (...) (24 years ago, 18-Aug-00, to lugnet.technic)
